As I mention already, I got same experience as this and explain before in this thread. Same thing happen delay delay delay (5 years), at the end the project stop but luckily another developer take over but I still decide to withdrawn the project rugi 20K (10% down-payment + progressive interest).
This project mention is now develop by Ong Chong (edited) at Damansara Kayu Ara (Boulevard Damansara). Previous was Antara Vista (developer with few successful project) I hope is not same with my case but please do voice out rather like believe on developer excuses.
