there must be something wrong.... better dun wait the end of the yrs lah.. eurozon crisis some more... the buyers shuld monitor the prject by weekly basis... and having monthly meeting with the developer... any how this is ur $$$ and ur choose..

haha.. i will prefer buy a car cost installment RM1000 and petrol RM500, rent a RM1000 house.. +++=RM2500 ... y rent with RM2500.. some more need to pay lrt fee/bus fee, etc. sweat.gif

yes.... the rental is base on market... dun think ur can rent rm2500, but the next door just rent rm1500.... both with fully furnish... except the expat juz rent for 3 months.. then different story lo.
