there is no reason why banks should be happy if they see projects abandoned. they still collect the same interests for the amount drawdowned regardless of the progress of the project. we thank you for your constructive comments.

i for one wouldn't want this project to fail.
already got a platinum eyesore nearby, wouldn't want to add another new york eye sore to the pj skyline.
if only they could speed this damn project up!
fyi, think the wall near the road is actually lrt project and not eve suites project. it's scary when lrt construction is much faster than private project.

probably the ex-contractor too busy with too many projects(everyone is buying property now) so eve developer has to ask another less-busy contractor to do... lor.

I believe the so-called "stamping date" was in Sept 2011. Early birds were told to sign SNP in Sept 2011, which was the month where Syamurni S/B would get AP to start the construction.

normally developer will not abandon the project at 10% progress.
normally is around 60%.

Means another 29 months to go till completion or dateline for dv to meet spa requirement

Sure or not, rental of 2500-3500 per month ? For a studio unit ? Do you any current rates which allow you to project right up to this figure after 3 years ?

It is impossible to get this rental. 2500 above seems like mont kiara and taman desa rental. Diaman ria right opposit eve max rental 1700 with 3+ 1 rooms. Not because of lrt or purchase price to push the rental up. Is because of demand and supply which will affect rental. Pls do not mislead other about rental like those sales agent.
