Too much asid in the stomach... Always boated....
Specialist diagnosed nothing found... Very healthy stomach... lol

Good that nothing serious in your diagnosis. Kefir may help but you have to go slow; take a little to get your body accustomed to it then slowly increase your intake.

Just want to let you know that I have been very successful brewing my kefir.
The kefir grain i got from you are really active and healthy, and they have more
doubled up in quantity already, cured my digestion problems. Also I was
successful using powdered full cream milk when I ran out of fresh milk.

Hi!

Thank you for your interest.

Kefir tastes sourish; the longer you culture it the more sour it tastes. You can drink it neat or mixed with fruit juice. The kefir grains that I'm sharing are milk kefir grains; they feed on milk.

Thanks for the info, if got minor gastric and always boated can take sourish Kefir and the condition became worst?
