Down to the point, get the OS Media Kit, there's 2 CDs in there (1 for W7, 1 for drivers & bloatware), reformat the computer & install using the Windows 7 disk. Download drivers from Dell website and install, and you're good to go.  smile.gif

what if i simply uninstall all bloatwares and run ccleaner? does it work?
