I got my XPS 15 highest model. Can somebody tell me, why is my laptop cant even handle Excel smoothly? im using it to my excel stocking. But, its keep laging and sometimes the whole screen is blinking on off. Which i feel scary my data will lose in some area.

Got an XPS 15 9560 last week, did all the updates, windows included, but found 1 annoying issue - the right of the screen has a black border that bothers me (does not interfere with the usage/productivity of the laptop, but still annoying for me)

Any owners face the same issue?

In Dell there is no such thing as local manufacturer warranty.. 1 of the reason y Dell banned lazada is becoz of this clause.. Dell only hv factory warranty.. nbd.. unless u r buying used set then different story de..

U wan find parts can go plaza imbi.. but go there n expect genuine set... bit risky...

Hi, any Xps 15 9560 owners with i7/Fhd model? Does it come with the 56 or 97 whr battery?
Got some mixed info about this, dell website and a few sellers told me it 56whr. However most retailers and even the official dell store in Midvalley claims that it come with the bigger battery.

So are there 2 diff models or is one side wrong?
And is there any way to check what size battery before purchasing? Like is it stated on the box for example?

Yeah, but what I am more intrigued is even if it is imported, can they afford to sell at that price point.

These people are quick... Just launched and refurbished ones are already coming into the market even before official ones. Really salute them!

Finally got the problem diagnosed & Dell repaired my laptop by replacing the heat sink & fan. Will observe further & hopefully it resolves the coil whining sound.

Haha. If I ask here means I don't know anyone lo. I like dell cause their service is good. Very polite people.

guyss, what do you suggest.. Dell XPS 13 9360 vs 9370, FHD vs UHD.. Saw in the dell store in IOI City mall the 9370 UHD screen looks brighter and more vibrant that the FHD .. but is it worth the RM1000 premium ?
