is it normal to not be able to track my order status on dell's site?
ordered my xps15 on 14th (monday) but still unable to track status.

i'm having troubles booting up my xps15. anyone know whats the cause? happens once in a while.
after press power button all light up but dies down in awhile, sometimes when computer sleeping also cannot wake up same thing happen. |
