An i3 processor will do the job, 2GB ram, GT240 at least.
Motherboard just pick any m-atx one, since motherboard won't affect your game performance.

State your budget so people here could help you out.

Yes, to a small extent.
A good motherboard is actually very important, where a good or bad motherboard could mean the difference between 50 fps or 5 fps. That's not so surprising as its the interconnecting bridge between your CPU, HD, RAM and GPU, all working hand in hand to deliver the best possible performance. One weak link in the chain and it all falls apart. I normally buy a very well-rounded PC, with the best bang for buck.  biggrin.gif

You sure about this? I've been testing out a Gigabyte X58A-UD7 and a normal M-ATX board and i don't see any difference in terms of FPS.

Just straight away go for GTX460, it will lasts you for very long time since you just focus on WoW mainly.

If 2.5k-3k budget, consider this spec, should be sufficient for you for 3 years.

i7-870 - RM920
Asus P7P55 LX - RM365
Kingston DDR3 2GB x 2 - RM77 x 2
Samsung DVD-RW 22x - RM63
Samsung 1TB F3 - RM169
CM Elite series - RM139
Silverstone True Power 500W - RM229
Asus GTX460 Top Edition 1GB - RM729

Total RM2768.

google 1st.lots of gtx 460 users claims fps drops in WoW.dunno whether the problem has been rectified or not.
i5 760 sudah.if u wanna go i7 route,better go for 1366 platform instead.

FPS drops with GTX460 is either by CPU bottlenecking, other than that i don't know, a friend of mine that bought his system from me with i5 + gtx460 getting 100+ fps most of the time during heavy raids, so i dunno, source/link as currylaksa requested to avoid more doubts. smile.gif

Guess you might need to get a true power instead of extreme, for better power output.
