i know how u feel, my rabbit twice died, before my eyes, the first one is a teddy bear, the second one is a hotot. its hard to get over it. everytime when i got home, i tend to call their names, only then to remember that they are gone. so now i juz keep the mix local breed only, and they are very healthy and happy.

hey guys, i know old newspaper are good toys for rabbit, but my Yeen2 not only destroy it, she eat it too! so better dont give her anymore, right?

sorry to hear that, jez be strong orite. luckily u kept only one. last time my hotot died, i keep seeing my yeen2 mourn and become antisocial coz her friend died. so now she has a new friend, a mix local breed like her oso and very happy. if ur not confident, try getting a bit old rabbit and local breed jez to be safe. i've been lucky so far that my kong2, a local breed, and when i got him, he is very small, yet live happy and healthy now.

ur think just not ready is it? maybe i'll bring my yeen2 and kong2 to visit u if have time, then u can cheer up? or u can take care one of em sometime? im sure they'll be happy with u.

14. List of toys you can give to your bunnies:
a. Toilet/Kitchen rolls - yes, they love it!
b. Rattling sound toy (recommended baby toy available in departmental store)
c. Old Newspapers - yes, they like to destroy stuff, some recommend old phonebook
d. Big Ice Cube - they like to rest on it when it's hot day, sometimes they eat it too!
e. Bottle with marble - function same as rattling sound toy


, thats y. i think bout the ink also, thats y im afraid it will effect their health. gave them a paper roll also, but yeen2 also destroy it and i dunno, eat it? coz i cant see the pieces scattered anywhere.

Added on February 20, 2011, 3:08 pmaiyo, dunt be like that. ur not doing it on purpose, plus u bring her to the vet, like twice when she has the diarrhea. last time my teddy bear have diarrhea, i cant bring to the vet yet try to help him by following some guidelines on the net. the reason is, when he fall sick, i was on high fever also. so i can say, yeah, u did a better job than me to take care of ur friend.

still, be strong k. my teddy bear died because of diarrhea, and my hotot died because of too much calcium in his bladder. so yeah, twice i experience my pet died. but i tried to stay strong and never give up. so i hope u will do too. now my kong2 and yeen2 are living happily and they wish u do well too.

i cant say that. maybe jez need a bit more of experience. if ur confident, u can try. like me, im a newbie and my old teddy bear and hotot paid the price for my in experience, and i really regret it. so i decided to take care of the local ones first, and seriously, i love em more than the special breeds now.
