ohhh.. i think its okay. im not expert but i think got no problem.

make sure you have fresh alfafa hay for her ready there, after she play and when she hungry, she will eat it.

last time i got a free box of chopped alfafa hay, my rabbit loves it. i put one bowl. he finish 1 bowl.

but yesterday i put 1 bowl chopped timothy hay, he doesnt like. damn it sad.gif
but i dont care, i have to force him to eat it, he needs the fibre.
*
hmmm, she not ok kwa, cos he whole butt area its WET!!! ....cos she poop and she nv lick it due to its diarrhea..

i've changed her hay to timothy cos someone asked me to changed it...my abby girl, ate it..

i follow back yest ways..

1. Morning - Antibiotics + Glucose
2. Afternoon - Multi-vitamins
3. Yakult - 0.1ml

cos yest i follow like that she was ok..

rabbits memang dont really like timothy one compared to alfafa. cause i heard alfafa more sedap than timothy. more taste, so they prefer alfafa. so if u suddenly switch, they might not like it at first.
*
abby diff a bit, alfafa at there she doesnt want to eat..

but when i put in timothy hay, she rage with me =_='''

but today nv rage ady..

They are good with rabbits.
These are cecals. If you have excess of these, most probably too much alfalfa. Switch to Timothy Hay entirely.
Entire butt wet with diarrhea is NO good at all. Check with Dr. Lynette and Dr. Loh in that case. Good luck.

i switched but she is not eating..

sorry to hear that, jez be strong orite. luckily u kept only one. last time my hotot died, i keep seeing my yeen2 mourn and become antisocial coz her friend died. so now she has a new friend, a mix local breed like her oso and very happy. if ur not confident, try getting a bit old rabbit and local breed jez to be safe. i've been lucky so far that my kong2, a local breed, and when i got him, he is very small, yet live happy and healthy now.

i only can think, maybe if i could find the narkings like abby girl, then i will buy, if not..i dont think i will buy rabbits for now....

thanx sangterap. sorry, i saw it from here

14. List of toys you can give to your bunnies:
a. Toilet/Kitchen rolls - yes, they love it!
b. Rattling sound toy (recommended baby toy available in departmental store)
c. Old Newspapers - yes, they like to destroy stuff, some recommend old phonebook
d. Big Ice Cube - they like to rest on it when it's hot day, sometimes they eat it too!
e. Bottle with marble - function same as rattling sound toy
, thats y. i think bout the ink also, thats y im afraid it will effect their health. gave them a paper roll also, but yeen2 also destroy it and i dunno, eat it? coz i cant see the pieces scattered anywhere.  sweat.gif

aiyo, dunt be like that. ur not doing it on purpose, plus u bring her to the vet, like twice when she has the diarrhea. last time my teddy bear have diarrhea, i cant bring to the vet yet try to help him by following some guidelines on the net. the reason is, when he fall sick, i was on high fever also. so i can say, yeah, u did a better job than me to take care of ur friend. smile.gif
*
i wish i could do more, i wish i could stop the last vet from poking needles on her...after poking the needles, she started with watery diarrhea...and that when she passed away.. cry.gif

Don't ever give up keeping rabbits. Although you face death in this hobby, u become a tougher person. It is the same for any pets once u get attached to them. I am sure you have learn a lot for the past week.

Cheer up!
*
hahaha, thanks...
hopefully i can...still struggling...

i dunno y, when i bought abby girl back home, she is not as active as like bunnies, running around the cage n play...she just sit inside her cage..
when she is out, she also play awhile, lick me, bite my gold anklet then pee in my room, poop in my room..but also a while then she sit a side..i felt she wasn't that active to play...

QUOTE(lm_meileng @ Feb 20 2011, 03:22 PM)
hi yeelin04, seeing our beloved pets passed away is part of our life, i am not sure u familiar with the following message or not, but it really help us to cope with the death of our pets,

"Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together...." - Author unknown.

Hope u can walk out from yr sadness and be a joyful rabbit owner again.  smile.gif

i cant say that. maybe jez need a bit more of experience. if ur confident, u can try. like me, im a newbie and my old teddy bear and hotot paid the price for my in experience, and i really regret it. so i decided to take care of the local ones first, and seriously, i love em more than the special breeds now.  smile.gif

i kinda think hotot its cute when they turn upside down when the owner turn it..they looks like panda bear / teddy bear...hahaa

but when they nv turn upside down, looks like give ppl punch 1 side flat... laugh.gif
