im stuck at 3* village quest mission number 5th.fighting barroth,so hard o.o

What weapon are you using?

Have u try hiring some cat to help u in quest?

My Barroth rule (for sword users, not applicable to hammers, lances and gunners): ALWAYS RUN TO ITS LEFT

most of monster i use switch axe..change to sword mode charge then kabam boom..but change back to LS when hunting jinouga coz don have time 4 charging..barroth i think not really hard myb coz still low rank..hit 1-2 dodge..1-2 dodge..hit leg to make it fall then hit like crazy..i even clean all the mud in the body..there are one more site where u can get guide try look at minegarde site..

just as scarface say, it's not really hard. just don give barroth time to rest or let it recover his stamina.
Else he gonna go crazy

im using long sword,yes i brought one felyne with me,but still,so hard for me to kill it -.- okay,i will try to run to its left

you do know that u can bring 2 felyne right?
anyway just have patience killing it.
even i, using GL took 30 mins to kill a GQ 3* barroth monster

yeah i know,i used to bring 2 felyne with me but i fired one of them xD btw,i tried your tips,still cant win,maybe its just me,im not good at this game -.- so end up doing the spring quest to raise my life and stamina btw,do you know how to get the mega bbq set?

aya kawan..y u fired the cat??..let it be in ur farm training there..later can sent the cat to quest or do a mining for u..u can up to 24 cat i think..rite now i have 5 cat edi..3 level 10 edi..btw i oni play using download version..don have money for original..haha

Can explain a bit, dun bring out the cats can let them train and go do some quests alone? how to do that?

Mine also same as u but i tried Adhoc Party and it was working can go join ppls hunt session. But i noob, i just stand there see them hit the weird worm looking dragon that can spit poison Although its atks reminds me of Khezu in MHFU.

Anybody got any news if I was playing in Adhoc party, got ban/bricking PSP/PS3 will happen?

No, Adhoc Party using the PS3. Was using the US server/version of the system and most probably I joined ppl from the USA cause their typing of the English very good

Might try to get connected with a friend who was "suppose" to get a PSP today
