Quite agree..
let do it this way, we will 1st Prioritise the regular player. later IF we cant get enough, then we call our friends, which if possible is a beginer also.. and Mr. Epson here can also do some team fixing. meant he can arange who will be team with who.. both avoiding pro only team or friend team.

Just a note, about passing.. : do call out if U r free.. Dont assume people know U are free or empty... calling their name or "left/right/back". anyway this is just tips I learn. try it.. if U realise most people who got the ball call for it..

Mr. Epson please book first.. later find people.

If U want monday, then monday it is:

MONDAY (11.07.2011)

oh wai, i dunwana do that, sked people will think ayam gila kuasa. shakehead.gif
what we should do is to come early, and discuss about these things before we play. and PLEASE, everybody take turn to be the keeper please

haha. now onli u know huh. whistling.gif
and then to collect the money summore. its a hassle to be frank with. but i dun mind, i like playing with u guys. heck, after this probably i'll buy a special ball for us to use.

but the best session i've ever play and most tiring was last monday. great! cukup2 15, and i can get the ball though after the 3rd game i was really tired i cannot chase d ball nymore

well, for me, its not that if you're the only chinese in the team or not. If you can play, then the other team will try to pass to you..its a matter of space for the passer. if you're not moving n just staying on one side of the court, then obviously you will not get the ball more often than the other teammates. therefore in order to get more time on the ball, try to move around a lil bit..come down to help the defenders or when the keeper have the ball will resulting in you getting the ball more often rather than just playing on high ups position.

Next time try to play a little bit lower than your current position. Maybe you can play up and down. dont be lazy just sitting at the opposition side and expect other people to pass it to you.you have to work hard for people to pass it to you. Find bigger space by run around a bit. trust me, if you can find bigger space, people will pass to you. Cheers..biggrin.gif

P.S: Please dont see this on a racist view ok..we dont do racism in playing football or futsal.

i dont think lazy is the right word... holding down to a fixed position also have its tactical advantage in finding space.. especially when the court is as crowded as last night..

im quite agree with your opinion. sometimes is not just about making space for our own to receive ball from teammates, it is also important to move around to drag defenders away from the dribbler in order to create a bigger passing or shooting space for the dribbler. this kind of dirty work usually people are not aware of it.

btw, maybe v can learn something from the barcelona team. brows.gif their philosophy was like " receive -> pass -> offer " . Receive is receiving the ball, pass of course is passing the ball lo doh.gif , while offer is moving around to create space for you and teammates to have passing and shooting opportunity. v didn't have the skills to consistently get past the defender, so this maybe the best tactics we can have to have a better team play. and it is not that hard to copy the style, all we need to do is move around more often.

but as a smoker myself, sometimes my stamina not letting me to do so especially nearing the end of the session doh.gif

edit: bro heavenhell, im not referring to u about what i talk above. i just trying to stressed out the importance of moving around to create spaces when v playing.. hope u understand. cheers

stop smoking.. biggrin.gif

well.. i think defend u just need to keep an eye one the player.. player who is behind you.. you don't expect your teammate behind u to cover for you.. so sometimes players get through.. defend deeper..

futsal is more passing.. so don't stay up front to wait for your teammates to pass the ball to you.. go down to get the ball.. the pass to your teammates again..

and another thing is that when your teammates pass to you.. don't wait for the ball to reach your feet.. please move towards the ball to meet it.. so opponents will less likely to intercept it..

No, don't worry... i'm not saying it IS a racist issue, just saying the possibility because i've not met 3 out of the 5 players in my team yesterday n they might not be comfortable playing with me so yeah. but really, i'm not treating this as a racist issue smile.gif

And btw I did go back on our own side yesterday if you didn't notice. I'm comfortable with playing left side of the pitch, but when someone is on the left, i'll go to the right or i'll go lower. Most of the time i'm more on the opposition side is because when there are already 4 players on our side defending n no one's on the attacking side + it's 6v6 in a small court, so no point being cramped up together right? When there are people from my team attacking, i did move backwards if they already ran ahead of me. N most of the time, the white shirt buff guy in my team would often run the ball from our side right up to opposition side n shoot with power. I have no doubts about his ability n applause him because he did score some tht way, but this is a team game am i right? And i beg your pardon, i wasn't being lazy la please. i was always trying to intercept the opponent's ball n all (until LCTho even called me annoying lol), also i always ran back n forward back n forward without getting any balls from my own teammates, thus calling me lazy would be an insult to me.

sorry i'm being so defensive right now, i'm just taking my own stand. if in any case you guys don't welcome me in future games, feel free to say so k.

the pro have spoken..
hahaha

yup agree..
If Uguy review back last night game...
the regular team play in a more open style of attack and very close defence (well maybe because got too many people) distracting the defence, and a good throw from the keeper helps create many opportunity for Uguys.
hahaha, while the visiting team play open and got very good skill, but we Pretty much ignore the defence area.. we were Pretty bad at marking people.. that with other reason there were too many people in the court..
So that one good point for the regular player smile.gif

So guys, just take this as an experience, learn from it. then U can improve urself. sometime tactics > skills
So I dont think playing with pro is a problem unless the hold team is a pro, that a different story..
try to ask for tips, observe how they play, U can learn 1 or 2 trick there..

If epson dont want to do it, I will.. I will try my best to balance out the team.. believe me this is the best.. I will come out with the list and post here.. and if we play 2 hour, we will shuffle the team on the next hour. so that we can get experince to play with other player.
But EPSON will still need to book for the court.. hehehe

Lau is a good mid with pretty good drible skill.. a bit temper if I may say (sorry bro, just saying) hahaha

i do promote people to voice out opinions like heavenhell90 do... and if we dont agree with the points, just take note that the issue exist, already fine...

in the end of the day... the main purpose of the session is not to score goals... it is so that everyone can participate and have a good time while scoring goals...

and purposeful segregation between the pro and the beginners also dont feel right...

i would propose and old school "kira kaki" brows.gif
