Try the Phantom ROM 2.2.1

Comes with Swype and 600MHz clock speed.
Improved over Apanda, Stock Foxxconn, Firetrap editions and even Superbler.

Good suite of apps too including Quickoffice which is the most expensive Office app for Android.

I've been using it for quite some time already.

Battery consumption beats Bakpia, Superbler as Firetrap variants.
Among all 3, Superbler drains battery like no other.

Now waiting for Android Gingerbread official stable roms.

This phone really have superb potential

It has a very matured 3rd party ROM library cult following

The real secret is that it's still overclockable to ~700-860MHz provided some upgrade to the battery pack.
Maybe Energizer's BL-6 battery??

A very good proof that it's capable to upto 860MHz is Samsung's Galaxy Ace.
Thats' right! Samsung Galaxy Ace has the same processor as the MI-300 which is the MSM7227 with Adreno 200 GPU.

Here's an early ROM which will push your device further and overclock it to 860MHz!

I won't recommend it though.

For just RM600 wow this phone is the real deal.

Just check Samsung Galaxy Ace is going for around RM990 RRP.

You phone needs some neat cleanup.

Probably a total wipe/format of SD and then a clean fresh reinstall.
What class is your micro SD card?
Check if there's any app running at background.

Myself not bothered about scores..

This link here shows that they even tried to overclock it to 860MHz and saw a 5% increase in power consumption.

Now if there's any supplier which culd give this phone a battery boost?

Menu--> Settings --> Wireless & Networks --> Mobile Networks -->Select Your Desired Network Mode and Make sure Always Connect to Mobile Network is checked at the bottom.

Then you'll get your mobile operator service back on.

I prefer the Swype keyboard compared to SwiftKey.

Maybe I'm so used to it with my Galaxy Tab.

It'll overclock ur phone to 868MHz. Shorter battery lifspan.
Not recommended.

By the way Phantom comes with QuickOffice, the most expensive office app for Android. Really worth it.
