how long does it takes for them to finish one interview session with their candidates?

One more question; in the context of EY, what's the difference between audit assistant and associate? The salary level appeared to be the same but just wonder why the different name.

To be honest, I think you don't have to be the perfect candidate to get the job. Just make sure you can speak good English and can flow with the conversation. But there's no harm trying to ace the interview, so here are my answers to your questions, based on my personal experience applying to an entry level role:

"i.what are the common questions they ask"
No competency questions at all. Everything is about whatever you wrote on the application form or your CV. We talked a bit about results. Talked a lot about my extra curricular activities. And since I studied overseas, quite a bit about how awesome that country and the people are. Prepare for questions like:

Why did you get a B for this subject while the others were all As?
What did you do when you volunteered in this charity?
What did you do when you get into sticky situations at your previous job?
Which other firm did you applied to and what would you do if we all make you an offer?

My advice here is, know your CV, and know everything about yourself.

"ii. what kind of answers they expect to hear"
In my opinion, answers which demonstrate self awareness, critical thinking, maturity, integrity, initiative and of course, confidence.

"iii. Will they be aggressive? (kill me on the spot?)"
My interviewers were extremely kind and sweet... In fact I would say I am more aggressive than them.

"iv. What can I show to them that could be my best selling point? "
Try to talk about things which are unique to you. There must be something special that you have done that most other people have not done, find that special something. For example, I talked about how I juggled between my studies, my part time work in a small accounting firm, and my commitment in the student union. That seemed to have impressed the interviewer. Research more about the firm before you walk in, if you can demonstrate that you know something the interviewer don't know about the firm (quite possible if your interviewers are not very very senior), you will impress the hell out of him/her. Oh, and prepare some intelligent questions for the interviewers as well.

as u have finished ur studies, if u still cant developed wat are the things that differentiate u from other pals, wic is ur best selling points. we might jus feel sad on it. it is the failure of current edu system. i encountered alot of my pals are still enjoying, duno who they gona be in d future, duno their own strength and weakness. sometimes i tried to change their ways of thinking but i cant see any effects. now all are none of my biz. but i guess u are not the kind im talking about.  Good luck!
