They didn't tell me the reason.
I graduated on last year, but already have 7-8 months working experiences. Maybe I'm still considered fresh grad in employer's eyes.

Hi everyone,

I'm having a hard time to make decision. I have an offer from a medium firm and I'll be having an interview with PwC next week. I tried to get time extension from the medium firm but they ask me to get back to them by this week. Should I reject the offer and go for the interview or join the medium firm  and withdraw from PwC interview.

PS: the big4 firm is my first choice.

Any advices? TQ

They took around 7 working days to get back to me after submitting the resume for a phone interview and around a week later to get u to the assessment and interview.

Is that proper if I call to PwC and EY to follow up my application after a week I sent in?

Btw, just want to share my experience on application with BDO. I went to interview and get the job offer after 2 days. I accepted the offer and wait for HR to update me about the offer letter. However, HR told me the quota for non-professional is full so they can't hire me after a week.

So, don't reject the offer from other firms even though you get the offer from BDO. Everything can change before you sign the letter.

I don't know is this a normal norm or not among the top firms in KL.
