Mahindra Scorpio, Good car or not?

My sister is planning to buy a MPV, she is considering this 2005 Mahindra Scorpio because it is dirt cheap (RM23000).
http://www.mudah.my/Mahindra+scorpio+2+0+a-7671385.htm Any thoughts on it? I'm pretty sure the spare part would be hard to find because it is a rare car. Haven't seen it on the road yet in my life. Or please recommend another used MPV preferably below RM50000 and the age is not 5 years older. |

Avanza 1.3 only engine is not underpowered?
