You are right.. if you put at door of room 4, then it block the exit, if you put at kitchen, it block your kitchen..

the only thing u can do is put before kitchen door.

for bedroom two and three, i believe you have windows pointing to dining.

u will need aircone there. OR make one room as your store room because you have no utility space.

OR you take BIG MONEY and break all the walls then rebuild you own layout.. that will cost you a bomb..

last time people stayed at long and narrow house.

usually this type of house has very high ceiling.
