need advise on supplement

hi guys. my weigh is73 and im 178 tall. the question should i take bsn true mass for pre workout and ON whey for post workout? does it work that way? im looking to build a lil bit more mass but dont wanna go too big cause i find it hard to run (during futsal). im played futsal at least 3 times a week and i also hit the gym at least 3 times a week. i just wanna have more lean muscle and cutting on my body... pls advise ty

Just go ahead and do it, you could always lower your intake if you think your size is sufficient. I highly doubt you'd get 'too big'.

big is a really subjective word. eat and train till you feel nice looking on mirror. i think it has been said many times tat mass gainers are nothing but sugar. i feel mass gainers are meant for really underweight ppl. but if you feel u want lean muscles, nothing beats whey/ protein blend. and not to forget, introduce more food tat are rich in protein, eggs, lean meat, milk, cheese etc

seriously, read the content label. mass gainers have a very low protein per serving, if you do the math. so if you're looking for carbs and fats, might as well down a burger or something, at least it tastes better.

Mass gainers are crap. Whey is only a small percentage of the stuff I use.
