guys..looks like i'm heading to i-city later.

just wondering, for u guys who went there before, is it like an open park where it's free for public? what else is actually there besides the lights which looks like trees?

any suggested good time to go there? I thought of getting some shots during the "window period" to get the nice gradient blue sky.
