Now I'm downloading @ full speed. But my bandwidth is capped from 11am to 3am. I have this capping issue since July, at that time I didn't complaint because other than those hours I still can download. Then recently you guys complain bandwidth capping, my bandwidth capped almost more than 20 hours a day. Then now it came back to the problem that happened in July.
