Yeah, see if you follow the video, there is a 5th option which is HBOOT USB...
I don't see that :|....
I'm currently stuck at that at the moment, advice ):
I have installed the Android Bootloader on my Windows, though.
did you already installed HTC Sync?I don't see that :|....

try installing it then uninstall the HTC Sync software, because you only need the USB driver that comes with it
NOT sure if it works though, if it doesn't don't blame me

Yup,the phone is rooted...done setting with setcpu..but doesnt help alot...havent try juice defender yet..
Done the calibration ytd..also doesnt affect the battery life..T.T
since your phone is rooted, what ROM are you on?Done the calibration ytd..also doesnt affect the battery life..T.T
if you haven't tried AdamG's Oxygen V2 ROM, maybe you should give it a go
so far the best battery performance I've gotten from any ROM is Oxygen,
it could just be me though.. but the battery performance is really amazing on this ROM,
would recommend using it if battery life is your priority
just today, the phone lasted for about 6 hours with heavy wifi and gaming usage (1~2 hours of internet surfing + 1~2 hours of gaming)
that is with battery left only 50+% drained down to 0%
