Certain ip 175 is having packet loss issue to international network same like 4 Mbps users is having now
*
yea I'm having the same problem, not sure if it affects the phone, when I was in a meeting, the phone line kept dropping off.

and my IP is 110.159 not 175.
I was thinking to try my luck to change to 175, kept disconnecting and reconnect but its stuck at 110.159.
Crap!

Are there any big difference in using wired or wireless?

I'm currently using VIP 5 and TP-Link wireless USB adapter.

The signal strength I'm getting is around 30% - 50%.

I can't even play any online games such as DotA or CoD4 as I am getting high pings in both games. Any idea on how to fix it? Should I switch to use the ethernet cables instead?
*
wired connection is always better than wireless. try using the cable.

I wonder how can we report and let TM knows about this situation?

I'm sure it doesnt affects net surfing much but definately affects gamers as we get lagged out from our game

p/s: it is still happening just a moment ago  notworthy.gif

All of you that's from Puchong that are having packet loss issues.

call up Unifi Please.

Tell them what you see in your ping to streamyx.com in the command prompt.
explain to them you GET the connection, but it Disconnects every 1 or few minutes or few seconds, to Every Website.

Tell them other users having issue in Puchong also.

Send them your Request Time Out screenshot like this:

I'm also experiencing some packet losses though it is not as serious as some other forumers here. But it is still affecting me. Online games used to smooth with streamyx. But with Unifi, every 5-10 minutes or so I would "lag". When I ping, i do notice some request time outs though not much. What can i do on my side to solve this?  I've already called to unifi to complain.

are you from puchong area?

what did you ping? ip?
