Have installed VIP10 yesterday, below was my speed test. Why upload speed higher than dload speed? Its normal?

Hmm.. Tried registering for unifi n their website.
But after selecting my number and stuff, when i clicked next. They said im an Existing Streamyx customer and search via TM Customer.. what does that mean=.="

I couldn't proceed with the register after that..

Got UniFi installed today at Damansara Perdana, all good so far - nice and quick installation also.

My installation was fakaped due to id n password not working so they take back all equipment

Not all areas, Puncak, Bukit, All apartments in service... Those which had problem is the one with KRT C024 FDC.

I have booked an appointment for instillation for 5th Jan. I don't have a landline in my house. Do I need one before they come to install?

By any chance you staying in high rise?  I had exactly the same problem like yours last time, found out the port at the central is faulty causing such issue.

Other than the new config file format used by D-Link, 7.09 removes the operator account and pushes it back to a admin/user setup. The router also contains a backup configuration file which is restored when you hit the 'RESET' button at the backpanel of the router to reset it to factory settings. One of the issues in the test unit they gave me which was running 7.09 was that this backup configuration file was still using the admin/operator combo whereas the live configuration was running on admin/user. At least this was the problem with the unit I was given to test.. I was under the impression that they would be releasing firmware 7.10 to the public instead of 7.09 but they could have just fixed all these issues and released it under the same version ID so I don't know.

I think you'll be fine if you just manually swap the VLAN -> port mappings (which is what method 2 is) and manually swap these values back if you want to go into the stock configuration. I however have no clue what will happen if you hit the tiny RESET button at the back of the router. I mean, they could have fixed all of this but I really just don't know.

Keep trying..Sometime got 175, someitime got 110.
Or you could ask Unifi CS to refresh ur connection..

ping 202.71.97.35 -t
it will continue pinging till you see timeout, or not.

some time it appear only..

it been 2 days this problem appear.
