I stay on 7th Floor of a condo, and subscribed to VIP5. Manage to get +/- 5mbps on speedtest.net to local servers. Still feel ok using internet, though I am not able to access to gmail (so far i managed to test) using TM's DNS. I changed to google's and it's fine. Since then google's DNS all the way, hence don't know what other sites i can't go.

Firehome, BTU and Dectphone must be at the same place (unless you wanna spend more money on fibre cable)

the rest are connected to each other over ethernet cable, where you may play around with homeplugs to get best setup.

Subscribers are allowed to upgrade to higher-priced packages at any time. Subscribers will be allowed to downgrade after the current promotional FREE subscription perioda t no cost. However, any downgrades carried out within the minimum contract period (normal subscriptions) will be subject to a Downgrade Fee of RM200. (subject to change without further notice). In the event of an upgrade or downgrade, the contract period shall be renewed and a new 24-month contract will take effect from the upgrade/downgrade date.
