i'm trying to upgrade my RB250GS from SwOS 1.0 to 1.3 through web interface.. but it doesn't seem to work even the "upgrading" word has been there for more than 30minutes

will I ever get a confirmed installation date ? because I saw the agent that helped me register for unifi placed me for an appointment on the coming friday... but I've yet to receive any confirmation from TM themselves
