TM installed my Unifi last Saturday (5/2/2011). I just came to know that they gonna charge me the RM200 installation fee (break into 4 months bill). When I check with their CS, they said that my application received on the 14 Jan, hence I don't entitle for the promotion free installation fee.

Any idea how I could push TM to waive the fee? I was told by the reseller that there is no installation fee, but that was all in verbal.
