help!
my router (dir 615) suddenly hard reset by itself after a blackout!
I know it hard reset because the password changed to default (blank)

I tried to enter the unifi username and password in the internet connection setup wizard but it didn't work...

what should I do?

EDIT : fixed... the problem was they changed the password, it wasnt the same pass as provided in the paper.
quite frustrated as they changed it without the owners consent, but glad the customer service was good and efficient
