New Member Junior Member 33 posts Joined: Oct 2006	Hi everyone , just got VIP5 in my house , I got few questions here. 1.Will TM automatically terminate the old phone line and streamyx ? 2.What to do with the old phone and modem from TM ? Return it to TM point as what the unifi technician told me ? 3.I'm experiencing high ping and unstable speed here when using WiFi , is it cause by the infamous DIR-615 router? Thanks.

The exact same problem with mine , I got the firmware from klseet to test the router too . It was running with no problem at all for the 1st day but I encountered constant disconnection every 7~8 minutes afterwards . Nothing I do can with it .
