I am going to have my Unifi installed this sunday. I lived in a high rise condo. One question I would like to ask. Since I register under promotion and it says "Free Installation", do I need to pay any installation fee when the technician come and install it?

Some of my friend who stayed in double story link house were asked to pay 300 for installation to the technician even though they also suppose to enjoy the free installation fee. I dont want to be ripped off by those unscrupulous technician and therefore, need advice from you all here. Appreciate your advice.
