Well you should have expected is from TM. They won't be courteous enough to do most things for you tongue.gif. As for converting, Unifi is a totally new account while Streamyx is another so i guess it's impossible to do any conversion since the bill itself is different :|

doh.gif that what I call failed management, that what they do with streamyx before but after a few year they combined the account into 1 (combo), and they probably do the same with unifi in near future guess i just register a new account and terminate my streamyx later than, so much hassle doh.gif and also need to arrange with building management to open the MDF room doh.gif making me less want to change lol

and i missed the RM200 waived doh.gif

I've been using it since day one. Encountered a problem only once, when my payment wasn't reflected on the site and my bill, despite already being charged by the bank.
.
It took a simple phone call to rectify the problem.
*
and you guys also need to make sure they don't charge you for LATE payment fee

problem seem to have improve a lot after i change the security from WPA to WEP.

i use to use WEP back in streamyx with the linksys router, no problem at all.

the router doesn't drop my iphone connection anymore.

but still need to test via skype for let say more then an hour only can determine is the issue really solve once and for all.
*
bare in mind if you use WEP restrict MAC address or you might end up seeing someone like me poking around your network brows.gif seriously dont use WEP unless you have some kind of 2nd layer restriction, WEP can be easily cracked under 5 min doh.gif

btw the free installation fee waived is no longer available anymore? do I have to paid upfront or it will deducted to my 1st bill?

I have a question about using the DR615 as a VLAN bridge - as described Rizvanrp in his UNIFI website.
If I set it up and connect to my 1043ND router as described, does it mean that the DR615 is bridging at 100Mbps?
You see the reason I am got the 1043ND is also because of its Gigabit Lan ports. So with DR 615 I am limited to the speed provided by DR615 port which is 10/100Mbps right?
Hmm in which case if I want a Gigabit Lan throughout my house (wired) then I will also want a Mikrotik RB250GS so my VLAN bridge is capable of 1G lan connections with Cat6 cables
I dont have unifi yet but yeah DIR615 vlan bridge will be 100mbps, but it only bettween your DIR615 to 1043ND you LAN can utilize the gigabit port on your 1043ND

how do i restrict the MAC address for the DIR-615 router ?

i use to have WPA/WPA2 enable by default, but it keep dropping my iphone connection non-stop.

PC and notebook non affected, can't figure out any solution other then changing it WEP.

DIR615 user manual smile.gif see pages 29 -> http://www.megaupload.com/?d=R8IBU8UU

please take note that MAC filter will enable for both wired and wireless doh.gif
