I emailed Ban Leong and give all my mouse S/N and details. I asked whether I can just send it back straight to Ban Leong but the dude say I need to take back to the shop I bought. Fine I took the mouse back and as usual the shop only cover first year of warranty and I need to pay RM30 service charge for them to send it back to Ban Leong. I've told it took a month so after a month I call and ask and the dude say will check for me. Call me back and say they called the supplier and they say Razer Mouse only 1 year warranty so mine over warranty period. I'm like my receipt says up to April the warranty which is not even 2 years yet and I told them are you sure about the 1 year thing. Said will call supplier back and check. No calls till now.

Apparently the DeathAdder Black Edition will be arriving soon, should be next week. Only few hundred units will be in Malaysia.

Yes indeed, I got my item delivered from razerzone for like 1-2 days after purchase. The thing is I still prefer local store for easier RMA purpose, unless for something that unavailable, I'll just order online

Don't know I got mine via UPS anyway... mostly just cheap stuff like mouse feets, soft mat... Shouldn't you email them to check your order? There was a time when my ordered items was stuck in "processing" for about a week, so I emailed them to ask when they are gonna ship this, then a customer support representative responded and said there was a problem, and I got the shipment email instantly, and got my items on the next day
