There was already a case where the police invaded a game selling shop and confiscated all the original PS3 games in the shelf thinking that they are pirated games. Think of what will happen if this law was passed.

A friend in Singapore did receive warning letters for downloading illegal software before. Think they probably track by certain products and names and from which source you're getting the stuff.

It does not affect original stuff however. But then, is our ISP good enough to even know if the stuff are original or pirated would be the problem.
