Totally agree !!..
in service many industry that I observed... back in Malaysia, you get chances of travelling domestically but in Singapore almost all are working internationally .. and fly internationally.

FYI, I started at 2.5k fresh grad and was increased to 2.75k after confirmation. I only have a bachelor eng degree.

Don't take my after confirmation salary as an absolute figure. My boss was happy with my performance so he gave me a 10% increment. Yours may vary.

I think many are still getting this kind of figure .. as a starting pay

But was it very long ago ? when u started off with your companY ?
