Well I did see some drifting by many different cars when I got there. Even the old 80's cars!! And when some sport cars came out (such as the car featured in the movie), people just went crazy. But honestly I'm not sure those techniques were really "drifting"... or more to "powerslide"???

Alright, tonight went to Bukit Bintang for dinner with my dude, and saw this strange car roadshow there... Subaru Impreza? Now that's some car to show!

Hehe, this part is for the restaurant that served us bad! My dude waited 10+ minutes for his Pork Chop rice!!

Anyway, it's quite yummy to me though. Got free tea some more. Nice!

Heh, thanks for the compliments over my steady hands. Been living without flash for a long time since I don't like the rather small flash coverage of the IXUS. Just lean to something (wall) or hold your breath when pressing the shutter! But I guess this method won't work well if we are shooting babes like Park Han Byul?? (bounding heart!) Heheh...

Hehe, Fiona sure is cute, but she definitely needs more exposures since the autograph session wasn't that crowded.

Well that normal plain Impreza is still a AWD, and man, it still costs you Rm125k!! How's that to you as "normal & plain"??

Heh, last night went to the FHM 100 Sexiest Women party at Atmosphere (Twelve SI) with my pal, brought my IXUS 40 and snapped some lousy shots there. Due to the poor environment and lighting, I already knew the outcome would be lousy. But nevertheless, still wanna share with those who might feel interested.

The event in the show, GT queen pageant. Well honestly I don't think the audience felt excited about it at all. But still, flashes were everywhere.

You used Ixus 40 too? Well, I intended to shut off the flash and instead, used the Manual setting of ISO200 and took all these shots. It helped alot for lasting the battery and I managed to take 200+ shots before the battery drained out.

ISO400 maybe too much noise for IXUS, but I chosen ISO200 instead. Well I'm never fancy the usage of small flash (on the compact digicam) anyway, so mostly depends on my have-to-be-steady hands.

WB? I set it to Auto, because the exhibition hall used mostly white spotlights, so I don't think there's much problem on WB to me. Exposure?? Haha, man, IXUS can set exposure??

Actually I shot more than 300MB (used a 256MB SD!), but half of them are my friend's shots, where he was posing beside those sport cars. Since you guys had posted so many pix already, so I have to pick some of the better shots (or special one) to post here later. Stay tune, eh?

Hmm... Those are exposure (light) compensations, man.

Anyway, thanks for the offer there, TheVoIP. Would love to play around with that kinda flash if possible. Trigger by flash? Sounds cool!

Well since this is a car show, so I guess I should show more car shots I took from the exhibition. There were way too many cars over there, and too dull with the shots too. So I just picked some better shots to show here.


The first car that caught my attention when I entered the exhibition hall... The legendary Trueno AE86!!! Wow, they even paint the bonnet and put on those look-alike stickers! Cool!


A well tuned (exterior and interior) RX7, always one of the best sport car around.


Then comes to its brother, RX8. Hey the back not nice meh? Looks ok what...


Wow man, I like that bluish sport lights!!! Damn cool!!
