Pelaburan Hartanah announces 3.3 sen income distribution for AHB fund

Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) and Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd (Maybank AM) have declared a 3.30 sen interim income distribution per unit for Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) Unit Trust Fund for the six months ended March 31, 2014.

Maybank AM chief executive officer Badrul Hisyam Abu Bakar said the income distribution involved a payout of about RM54.3 mil.

“Since inception, the fund has made a total of seven consistent income distributions to investors that have amounted to RM257mil.

“We are pleased with the overwhelming response to AHB thus far and the Fund continues to receive enquiries at Maybank branches nationwide despite being fully subscribed,” he said in a statement.

3.3% x 2 = 6.6% for he year, not sure if this year got 1% extra bonus?

AHB got bonus like ASB?

I think already sold-out last year Better u ask directly or visit Maybank Branch

I am also keen, but not qualify because i am non-bumi..

Anyway, i am hoping that there would be something similar in future for the non-bumis..

Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) and Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd (MAM) today announced Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera's (AHB) interim income distribution for 2015 of 3.30 sen a unit. Income Distribution will be paid on 15 April 2015.

Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) will make a final income distribution of 3.3 sen per unit, for a total income distribution of 6.6 sen per unit for the financial year ended Sept 30, 2015.

PHB and Maybank Asset said in a joint statement that the final income distribution would be credited directly into the unitholder’s bank account on Oct 16. For Employees Provident Fund Member’s Investment Scheme, it will be credited into Account 1 of EPF.
