that's the problem i have too watching the rocket throw in by Delap. since it's something like a free kick to Stoke, just imagine players are allowed to mop around 30 seconds for a free kick in the middle of the field, sure get a caution. rocket throws are all right, by my books. but don't take such a long time to wax the ball until it sparkles.
