Diet without losing muscles.

hi guys, currently my body fat % is around 24%. been hitting the gym for about 7months. now i wanna go on a diet to cut out all the fat. but problem is dieting will also lose muscles according to my friend. so anyone have a diet plan to cut fat without losing much muscles?

try eating less than 200 grams of meat and eat 3 meals of fruits and vege a day. eat banana every morning
|

The perfect combo of cutting to lose fat while putting on muscle has too many variables, while scientifically not impossible it is out of reach for most. That's why we have bulking and cutting phases.
If you intend to cut, then do it without worrying about losing muscle. You're not going to lose all of it if you're still putting in your weight training punch card at the gym. What plan to go on? There's the stickies!

Eat little carbs and plenty of meat/fish/veggie,eat 6 small meals a day!
Fat loss is slow but this works for me!

suppliments r to help us to achieve faster result. most of em r not harmful to our body but actually helpful. u ignore X-tend in body building = u ignore Vitamin C pills in ur normal life.
hey, x-tend is helpful. from wat i heard n c, reasonable amount of steroid is not harmful as well but its better to get doctor advice b4 u start da cycle. a chemist in my gym is using steroid. he told me so. but im pure metal. soon to start suppliments. =)

hi to all sifu here, i am training six packs now, and wish to know when is the good time to start the cut phase and make sure that the six pack is "bulky" enough to stop the bulk phase?
