seriously.. we really need a matured, and established defender quickly.. someone between 24-27... with premier league experience..

kyrgiakos and carra are too old..
skrtel maybe for backup
agger is injury prone
others are too young to step into EPL

and obviouly a new manager is our priority

the reason why gerrard is so effective as sub under roy (napoli and bolton) ...

because he wasnt given strict tactical instruction

watched and notice that Stevie playing free role, and free to give his drilling cross from anywhere on the pitch..
not just a long pass from below (which he usually did when used as at starting line up)

Johnson on RW? im not sure about that... because this season.. most of the time... when he got the ball. he looked dumb... and slow down the play...
and he rarely repeat his attacking cut inside move of last season...
plus, his final delivery was shocking...
