never bought dslr camera b4.

but adoi for 8gb....losing more than that for being seller like this.

Even if its a typo or honest mistake for the offer, as a seller you should at least compensate the buyer with a camera LCD screen protector or free extra 2GB or offer an accessories at huge discount or something at least. buyer made the effort to call and come to your shop, you have to at least give him something to bring back and not make him feel wasted all the time and effort to go meet you. Your new reputation will be online from today onwards, and it will stick with you unless you quickly change signboard and business name, just not worth it.

JAY1981, price for a 8GB is not that much. Obviously you made a mistake in your quotation to TS. But you need 2 honour your words. Dun spoil your reputation, for such a small thing.

Reputable seller makes good money on LYN.net. Camera seller also so many competition now. Look at J-One, hear so many ppl buy from him and gives a thumbs up.

i admit we did a big mistake !!!!we will do our best to improve our service towards our customer @@hope u guys AND gals can give us a chance to improve our service .we are sorry bout the big mistake .we will do our best to improve for sure

Then why don't you just recover your mistake by giving TS what you promised before?
Heck, I believe TS would be afraid to deal with you anymore, lord knows what will you do to him for telling the truth about your company here.

yaa.. even if he give me free also i will think twice.. mane tau die letak camera rosak kee?? lense calar ke?? camera second ke? who knows?? bcoz he has lie to me once..
