Details of the complaint :

27/11/2010 - i call 03-21416121(bintang elektronik phone number) and mr. cheong answer .. i asked him about the stock of nikon d3100.. He said they have it.. i ask about the price, he said same like the price in this forum which is RM1940(8gb+bag+tripod). I put the picture below.. then i say i will come tomorrow which is today(28/11/2010).

28/11/2010 - im the first customer who came to his shop around 10.45am with my mom n sister.. because we want to go to melaka for wedding. i want to buy this camera first. so, we from kajang went to kl bcoz want to buy this camera..

Once i reach the shop, i ask the salesman, i said im the one who called yesterday.. i brought the money and want to buy the item already which is rm1940(8gb+tripod+bag).. then the salesman said only for 4gb.. what the ****?? then im looking for mr. cheong which i called yesterday.. he also said follow the price from forum.. then, they dun want to give 8gb also.. my mom also pissed off laaa.. we r from kajang just come to BB plaza want to buy the camera, n suddenly he said 4gb only..they act like they do not know anything about the forum and the pm they respond to me..
Futhermore, the person in charge or they said "boss" only communicate with the salesman behind my back..the 'boss' didnt act professionally sit in front of us to deal and talk nicely..what we r really angry is the boss only talk n talk behind n gone..i ask them where is the boss gone to?n they only said he just went out n do not know where..mcm ni ka cara treat customer..??

Itulaa bro..ni bgg sgt2 punya pasal..bkk lowyat dlm kete gn netbook jek ni..
Pastu da elok2 nk deal ngn diorg boleh plak nk tipu kate number tepon yg aku deal smalam number opis..aku pun ape lg..call la no. tu dpn diorg tgk2 no kedai bunyi..panas beb..aku siap bkk tepon tunjuk pm yg diorg bg tp tgk sebelah mate jek..

I dunno laaa what he edit in his thread.... I forgot the price he put before.. But he give me rm1940 8gb+bag+tripod on pm like in the ss i post earlier.. Mr cheong also told me same which is rm1940 8gb+bag+tripod when i call him yesterday around 8.30pm.. Then when i come today, all like lepas tangan..

Bcoz i call the night bfore, i talk to mr.cheong..

1. Hey bro, if u cant sell at that price, why i call the night before, someone from ur shop(cheong) said the price rm1940 8gb+bag+tripod..
2. N then, why ur salesman want to lie to me? He said the phone number i call is the ofiz number? Then i call, why ringing in ur shopp?? Kantoi laa bro nak tipu pun.. Depan my mom n my sister kot..
3 like i told u earlier.., if u talk politely and explain about the situation, i think i can accept that bcoz it is small matter.. Tp all ur salesman lepas tangan je.. I only come to bb plaza just to go to ur shop to buy the camera.. Ur salesman just told me cant give me that price!!! Why u didnt told me politely? ?? N explain everything? After this happen u just want to explain???

~ BTW, i dont say u penipu.. But i say u r VERY NOT RESPONSIBLE SELLER I HAVE EVER MET..

bro, smp skarang i masih marah dengan kedai tu.. even my mom n sister also get mad with with how they treat us..

i ask the salesman, then the salesman cooo ceee coo ceee with someone behing me who he say the bos.. then, when i want to talk to the bos, suddenly he missing!!! then his friends tell me his bos go to toilet..

~then i got pm from JAY1981 he say he just walk away.. so, thats mean the person behind me is JAY1981.. senang2 je die nak cabut.. explain laa btul2.. sakit hati btul..

This is my first time i make report since i join this forum.... i bukan sengaja2 nak jatuhkan ur business JAY1981.. but u deserve it.. n u should learn from ur mistake how to treat a customer..

yaa.. even if he give me free also i will think twice.. mane tau die letak camera rosak kee?? lense calar ke?? camera second ke? who knows?? bcoz he has lie to me once..

~btw, i bought the camera from other seller already..



i can forgive u Jay... u must take this as a lesson n dont break customer trust in u.... hope u n ur salesman can improve ur conversation skill in the future...
