@leongukm
Basicly, being a rubbish collector at kenanga is nearly the same everywhere. Get what I mean?

No specific information on the post you are being interviewed for, we are forced to do assumptions. And this is my assumption.

Just out of curiosity!

As most of the time, they will only hire those experience for the post in CF...some more they wanna to hire SENIOR EXECUTIVE with at least 2 yrs working experiences... this is y i asked you...

OR

let me guess, is it ur expected salary is too low to get their attention?? sweat.gif

Hahahaha, does it mean after three years, factoring in increments & bonus, you will still earn lower than an auditor?

Think long-term. When you are fresh, exposure is more important than your salary.

I used to work pro-bono with KIB few years back.
Actually, it may be misleading, as I was just helping my dad's friend,
who is a remisier there, haha.

Am really not sure about the salary/bonus/increments.

But as far as environment, I kinda like it there.
Seldom we see sad faces, or people looking grumpy.

A bit ironic, considering they are should be like pressure cooker, as they are dealing with people's money, and the industry they are in..

Just want to share my thought based on experience here. A company with conservative culture and management rarely listens to employee feedback. Bosses are always right and there is no point to fight for what is right. Employees are not encouraged to speak up, either take it or leave it. So, obedience is the key to success here. Not to miss out the underpaid increment and bonus. If you are looking for exposure and career progression, this is the last company to consider. bruce.gif bruce.gif bruce.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

i guess it depends on which division and department that you're in. if you're a revenue driver and bring in plenty for the bank, i doubt your statement is completely true.

im a revenue driver for this bank
however its the same

too much reliance on policies....strict rules....and unnecessary risk management measures
also when your performance is over the top they dont reward you.

Benefit so so compared to commercial bank. Slow paced, and a bit old school. I am not from those revenue driver division like corporate finance, equity research etc, but these are just my feeling and observation.
