Bosses are always right and there is no point to fight for what is right. Employees are not encouraged to speak up, either take it or leave it. So, obedience is the key to success here. Not to miss out the underpaid increment and bonus. If you are looking for exposure and career progression, this is the last company to consider. 
If you don't mind me asking, what job did you get there? i just got a job in kenanga and your statement just scared me abit. Is it really that bad? just pm me incase you ever see this
