could always relocate the old pipe (water incoming) slightly to accommodate the sink position at the center of the window. Just need a few pieces of wall tiles to replace the hacked tiles. This will look nice in the long run.
As for the waste piping under the sink, it should not need any hacking as the piping could always be connected to the existing water outlet. The cabinet doors will cover them anyway.

Overall reno work nicely done.

It really must have taken TS a lot of headache, nightmares and endless effort to get them completed. Imagine dealing with the various trades for the reno work.
