my faulty gigabyte G-power pro speed fan controller, modd to ccfl switch..

juz using large size scissors to 'korek' then the hole getting bigger so it can fit da switch.. smile.gif

so the result, from this :

p/s : easy for switch wif circle shape laugh.gif

1st use the smallest drill bit u can find, the smaller the drill bit the easier to make a hole..
after u get a small hole u can proceed with bigger holes by using bigger drill bit.. slowly until the hole can fit the file then u can make into shapes that u wanted..

is there any particular reason u wanna use square switch? otherwise, change to round-shape switch then easier. since u already have a drill then just go get a hole saw. only cost about RM13~18.
