is there any particular reason u wanna use square switch? otherwise, change to round-shape switch then easier. since u already have a drill then just go get a hole saw. only cost about RM13~18.

yes, i'm sure the hole saw is that cheap. because i jz bought 1 recently to mod "vandal resistant switch" to my CM690. jz don't get the branded ones, i mean since u're only gonna use it a few times only, get the chap ayam ones. Hardware shop would have calipers they can borrow, jz use it to make sure it is the diameter u want, then settle.

my bad~ i mean cap ayam for the hole saw, not the vandal resistant switch. Btw, the switch cost me like almost RM40/pc.
