i buy from akisama comes with 2 parking tandem...
at developer side...they actually wan their work easy... parking cannot buy extra...then tandem cannot upgrade to side by side..... |

Hence can increase the next phase units' pricing and subsequently earn more $$$. and since phase 1 and 2 units are offered by previous "buyers" at an attractive price (lower than phase 3 prices based on market price offered by developer), there are buyers who want the cheaper/ better units. So actually, there are still a lot of units at phase 1 and 2 (only ppl booking them, to release later to earn back money). so actually not that "laku" after all...haha |
