i buy from akisama comes with 2 parking tandem...
at developer side...they actually wan their work easy...
parking cannot buy extra...then tandem cannot upgrade to side by side.....

uh no ..public bank reject my loan....they says quota for parklane has reach the limit....which bank offer the same rate as public bank?

because developer want the potential buyers to think that all units have been fully sold out for first 2 phases. So ppl "kiasu" and also want to buy a unit there, thinking it's so good buy. Therefore, if it's so "laku", ppl also want to snap up units there. Hence can increase the next phase units' pricing and subsequently earn more $$$. and since phase 1 and 2 units are offered by previous "buyers" at an attractive price (lower than phase 3 prices based on market price offered by developer), there are buyers who want the cheaper/ better units. So actually, there are still a lot of units at  phase 1 and 2 (only ppl booking them, to release later to earn back money). so actually not that "laku" after all...haha

With ur comment, can know that u do not know much about properties in Malaysia...every1 like freehold landed property...but can they afford? and also Goverment do have ruling to protect Service Apartment as well, Service apartment in under HDA FYI.
