(after staying 2 years). So believe in yourself, if you have a good feeling about it, go ahead and commit yourself, if in doubt, move ahead to the next project but please don't spread false rumours and negativities here. Actually its same like the Bukit OUG area which will have over 4k units when all the developments are completed, but Bukit OUG area will probably be worse due to the access roads...

I was probably the last person to do the transfer for Phase 1 before the S&P was sent out. I went to the office on Saturday to perform the transfer and the workers there were bundling the S&P signing request letter to send out on Monday. Well I made RM8k from the transfer, not a bad investment at all.
