Personally I think its matter of preference.
For me I prefer the stroller to be:
1. Solid frame
2. Breathable fabrics cover
3. Optional add on car seat / carrier
4. Newborn to toddler
5. Huge tyre!

With the above requirement normally it narrow down to few brands that is locally available
1. Quinny Buzz + Maxi Cosi carrier RM 1.8+ (Stroller only) - 2.4 k+ (travel system maxi cosi cabrio)

Im letting go my 2 DAYS OLD Maxi Cosi Opal (Black Colour).
Purchased on last Saturday (31 March 2012) at Kota Damansara.

Suitable from birth to approximately 4 years old toddler.
Expandable seat with rearward or forward facing position.

Only USED ONCE since my super active  baby dont want to sit on it.
