PM me if you are considering a good second hand one. Good quality and would cost less than your budget - afterall, take it from me a parent many times over - they outgrow the stroller fast - so spend the least and save your money for a buggie perhaps when they become toddlers - and they will be fast.Anyway, would like to know of good brands out there which has got these criterias :
