why do i ask the weight? maybe below statement can help to clarify further

"Quinny Buzz pushchair seat is designed for children ages 6 months and up and weighing up to 15 kg (around 3½ years). When combined with a Maxi-Cosi car safety seat or pram body, the Quinny Buzz can be used from birth. The maximum weight for a Maxi-Cosi is 13 kg and, for the pram body, 9 kg"

Sometimes a 4 year old kid will only have 14kg of weight..so he/she can still use quinny buzz as the weight is <15kg
Sometimes a 2 1/2 year old kid will weight 15.5kg..so he/she cant use quinny buzz already as the weight is >15kg

So for me, buying a stroller based on the weight is more practical rather than the age and you may take below situation as example.

For big sized parent (both), try to look a stroller that can cover more weight as genetically, the baby will gain more weight while growing. And you able to use the stoller longer
