I use the Chicco Cortina Keyfit Travel System (stroller + car seat) which is quite versatile. The entire car seat can be transferred and fit snugly onto the stroller, therefore my baby does not need to leave the car seat during the transfer.

I'm using Joovy Kooper II. Design almost similar with Quinny but this one have extremely wide seats. It's umbrella strollers with fairly deep reclines, and huge canopies( I like it so much!).

The Kooper has ergo, foam covered handles that turn in.It also has two cupholders,a zippered canopy pocket and the fold on the Kooper is very straightforward.

Previously I'm using a lot of strollers( yeah got 5 kids..smile.gif..From Sweet Cherry brand which is not so bad to Anankku( not prefer this one, bulky and heavy..might be because of the model), then after having difficult time Anakku I, choose Combi..love..love it, small, lightweight and can carry as backpack. Lastly found The Kooper and worth it buying it!

For me hands down the Inglesina Zippy. Plush and comfy for your lil precious babies especially when young. Need something sturdy but easy to manipulate with one hand folding system esp since I have 2 kids! Never understood the hype abt strollers with giant wheels la..sorry. It's hard to manipulate esp at supermarket checkout counters and taking up space in the car. Once they reach toddlerhood, the Maclaren Volo is the way to go rclxms.gif

Guys, father to be reporting in…

Just want to know, when is the best time to get a stroller. I mean, I was shopping for a stroller the other day, then it cross my mind that my wife due is only until Feb. So is it too early to get one?

Though, Quineey zapp extra caught my eyes from the very beginning…

Buy during sale la... tongue.gif Now sale everywhere what... A couple of weeks ago there was a warehouse sale for baby stroller, carseat, travel systems... but I missed that one... Dun forget to check those online baby stores, like mybbstore.com & onebabyworld.com. Last Sunday I bought a new carseat for my 4-month old son, Graco My Ride 65 convertible.. normal price RM1,090, after less RM769. He'd outgrew the Sweet Cherry infant carseat edi... that SCR-1 carseat I bought along with the SCR-7 stroller, total cost about RM700+ I think... but the stroller not compact enuff to fit in small cars la..

i've seen stokke at mothercare subang parade, and it's huge and it looks like it cannot be fold into compact size.. correct me if i;m wrong. and the price is quite high same like the bugaboo, but i think if i have the extra money i would go for bugaboo rather than stokke.

Bugaboo is good and some huge mothercare outlet (KLCC) carry lots of accessories as well (fabrics / bassinet )

Been using Bugaboo Bee+ for my daughter for the last 8months. She is now 9 months and still sleeps in the stroller when we are out shopping.
Bought it for almost 3k (stroller + seat liner). Did some survey before my daughter was born and narrowed down to several brands.
But in the end, choose the Bugaboo Bee, although it is more expensive.

But is is worth spending that much money for just a stroller??
Well, my family is out several times a week, and for several hours each time. The Bugaboo Bee was much easier to handle and maneuver around the shopping mall aisle, house entrances, hotel lobbies, car parks, etc. This is compared to a hand-me-down stroller we got from a relative. So for my family at least, and for our lifestyle, the money is well spent as the stroller would continue to fit my daughter for many more months to come. And thereafter, for the next child (the Bugaboo Bee has a extend-able seat and backrest).

So you do really need to think about your usage and need to have a stroller. A stroller isn't necessary for everyone.

So true... I cant agree with you more...

I bought my son a Combi stroller for RM600 after discount, but guess what... he prefer to be carried around... Stroller become trolley.

But its not about worth or not... if you can afford a better one, why not... later can pass on to your brothers or sisters.

Depends on how you are going to use it. Thats because if you are going out for long hours, baby stuffs can be a big burden. Thermos, cool water, milk powder, extra nappy, etc...

Some prefer a bigger one with basket on the bottom to carry these extra around easily...

We are using Mclaren Techno XT from birth. Quite happy with it. The only downside is the small shopping basket which you can hardly put anything in it, especially when the seat is fully reclined.

My baby's stroller is actually the SCR6.. with SCR7 infant carseat. The stroller's basket is not really a basket at all, I can hardly stuff anything in it, so I had to bring along one of those environmental friendly shopping bags (lucky it can fit inside the stroller's basket) & for baby's supplies I bring along a small diaper bag. I use a large carabiner (bought from outdoor shop, cheaper than those sold at baby stores) to fix it at the stroller's handle.

On a recent balik kampung trip, my baby used his new Graco carsear for that almost 12 hour drive (plus stops & all).. I'm quite pleased that he appears pretty comfy throughout the journey, not making any fuss.. just sleeping most of the way... The same goes to the 10 hour drive back home to KL...

Try to look around at Jusco when they have sales. I bought my Graco travel system there. The original price is RM1288.00, after the discount is RM 1088.00... So far, my little Girl got no problem using it. I bought Graco coz I felt it is easy to use n the texture of the seat is soft. The most important things is my little girl likes it.
